About Marly Grace
Hi, I’m Marly.
I am interested in what becomes possible when we create enough space to move beyond survival and into greater connection, curiosity, and coherence.
That question sits underneath most of what I build.
My Story
SÖMARA was not a brand I set out to create.
After more than sixteen years of working closely with women, I felt called to steward spaces that help us slow down, come back into ourselves, and connect with one another in a way that feels real and lived.
This work has been shaped over time through life first. Through paying attention. Through grief, burnout, rebuilding, and learning how to be with myself differently.
It has also been shaped through years of study, not in one place or one path, but across different traditions, teachings, and practices. I have spent much of my life studying world religions, esoteric systems, and the deeper layers of human experience. Over the past few years, that study shifted from something I understood conceptually into something I began living through somatics, nervous system regulation, sound and frequency work, Reiki I and II, and yoga teacher training in the south Pacific of Mexico.
More than anything, this work is something I have had to live to understand. Not just in theory, but in daily practice, in the choices I make, in the farm gatherings I host, in the way I build, and in the way I keep learning how to create from more honesty and less urgency.
That is what shapes how I hold this space.
What is growing here.
There are a few different threads taking shape here, but they all come back to similar questions around how we live, gather, relate, and create more room for what matters.
Some people arrive through writing. Some through retreat. Some through gathering, conversation, or curiosity.
There is no right place to begin.
SÖMARA
A growing collection of gatherings, practices, retreat experiences, and spaces that invite women to slow down, reconnect, and relate to life more intentionally.
Retreats
Small, immersive experiences shaped through rest, recalibration, movement, conversation, connection, and creating enough space to feel, connect, and simply be.
Sovereignty
Explorations around creating more room, options, and support behind the scenes so life and meaningful work can grow with more spaciousness.
Today
Right now I am spending time building SÖMARA, writing, exploring retreat experiences, gathering women, and experimenting with what becomes possible when business supports life instead of becoming life.
